from our guests . . .
Hey Terry,
Well it is a GREAT honor to be the first guests. I'll tell ya, you were completely right, we had an amazing time. . . . We felt like VIPs staying there, so many people walking the sidewalks and stopping to read the sign (several of which we actually talked to and told them how amazing and nice it was inside.) We would love to come back and visit! Again, Terry, the whole place was great. A wonderful experience. Please stay in touch, and let us know if we can help with anything else!

Our stay at the Storefront was absolutely fabulous!!!! My husband and I have finally found our favorite getaway. In fact, we are so selfish about the place and town that we would like to keep it to ourselves ;) The Storefront is really the talk of the town. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our stay last night. The concept is great and the facilities were fantastic value for money. Everything we could have needed was right there.

The Storefront was a nice alternative to a hotel room where we would have felt cramped and crowded. The one and one-half baths were very nice as were the two TVs (one up and one down). The three of us could spread out and not get in each other's way. The Storefront is in the heart of Staunton and convenient to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

. . . we had a delightful time! We loved the generosity and convenience of having a hot breakfast provided at Cranberry Grocery and Mugshots included in the rate. In fact, as we were waiting for our order at Cranberry on Saturday morning, a couple inquired at the counter about the hotel. The awesome guy serving them/us pointed to Liz and me and said, "Oh, well, they're staying there...ask them!" And we gladly did!
I'm not a television watcher, but my friend is, and she sort of hoped that there'd be cable provided on the tv downstairs. We were able to access the blues music, which was great, but she needed a TV fix and as it turned out, she was battling the remains of a cold and slept on the futon both nights.
I appreciated the crisp, minimal lines of Ikea styling, the full kitchen is fantastic (next time, I might even plan to use it beyond the coffee maker and coffee provided---thank you!--and even the mini-moo creamers in the frig!), and I also left wanting to purchase a couple of the paintings. Rarely (ever?) does one stay in accommodations where you love even the art on the walls. Rarely (ever?) is there original art on the walls?!! :)
Count me as a loyal fan and bound-to-be-a-repeat-customer at The Storefront.
